DATA SAVING

With ongoing development of the information technologys, more and more applications are used. Our growing data are being digitally stored on hardrives. There may occur several reasons that can end by data loss: hardware and programming errors, human failure, malicious damage, nature catastrophe. In most of the cases the recreation of the lost data is impossible or could cost much money and time. One way to protect the invested amount of our work is security saving of data. If copies of our data were made, in case of data loss cost will be generated only for replacing data. This is the point where everybody recognize the importance of a reliable system for secured data saving.

The contant of the system administration service:

» Continous servicing of distant monitoring tools during activity, installing patches and    upgrades
» 0-24 hrs telephone assistance in case of problems, and onsite interventions and    starting of replcing errors according to the contract
» Continous consultation, virus checking, data saving and restoring upon request
» Continous updating of virus definition files

For all our clients, who do not need continous support, we have designed one time system administration service as follows:

» Installing and configuring of softwares: installing and configuration of operation    system and user applications, costumized settings and system intergration (Linux,    Novell, Microsoft)
» Putting in operation: putting in operation and system integration of PCs, periferies,    and network tools
» Expansion of PCs and servers: remodelling and expansion of server and Pc    configurations with delivering of the necessary components
» Repair: Onsite or in-service repairing of computer equipment on one-time contract    bases.

The basic monthly fee includes one onsite intervention and a total of 2 hrs disposal assistance.
The cost of onsite intervention in Budapest is 4 000 HUF + VAT.
For locations other than Budapest the cost of onsite intervention must be calculated with 130 HUF + VAT / km.
The basic monthly fee includes the first onsite evaluation.

* Monthly fee of small office assistance (working days 9:00 am - 5:00 pm) includes the basic total of 2 hrs onsite disposal assistance.

System administration service fees per hour (after using of the 2 hours included in the package):

For Personal Subscribers, includes assistance on working days between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm.

2. Package
For Personal Subscribers, includes also - in addition to the 1. Package - assistance on working days between 5:00 pm and 9:00 pm, as well as on weekends and holidays between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm.

3. Package
For Companies, includes assistance on working days between 8:00 am and 8:00 pm. (intervention time: 2 hours)

4. Package
For Companies, includes 0-24 hours assistance, on working days, weekends and holidays (intervention time: 2 hours)

Occasional System Administration Fee:

Fees must be considered per started hours.

For occasional clients the telephone support does not include the system administration service. We provide 0-24 hours helpdesk only for services included in the Service Provider Contract of SILICIUM Ltd. (ex. Internet service). In case of occasional system administration service the telephone support’s task (installing, trouble-shooting, servicing) is the exact definition of the requested service. For this the establishing of an appointment with the client is necessary.
